The Dining Room Floor

Here is the sequence of events for today:

Pulled up the carpet from the dining room:

The slate blue carpet. Lovely.

Lunch: Tomatoes and basil from the garden, garlic, red onion and vinegar and oil, with soft mozzarella cheese from the deli.

Removed carpet tack strips:

And it is raining for the third time today.
