Some pictures I took this week of the WILD, WILD, WEST
I love the WEST.
When you look at these pictures, you are reminded of how such a vast amount of land in North America is uninhabited.
Wow. Just, wow.
I took these pictures from the airplane on the way home to Texas from California. Our cruising altitude was 37,000 feet AGL.
This is our American heritage, free to explore. I have camped on the edge of the Goose Necks before. The last picture looks like an estuary on the ocean... not a desert 37K feet up.
Simply amazing.
